If you ship your goods across the borders of the European Union or obtain them from abroad, we offer you all the services of a customs agency operating worldwide. At our location in Wetzlar, in the immediate vicinity of the Frankfurt am Main metropolitan region, we operate an open custody warehouse where you, as an ANCLA customer, can also store goods that have not been cleared through customs.

As an approved customs clearing agent, we are authorised to coordinate the entire customs clearance process on your behalf in accordance with the agreed delivery terms (DAP, DDP). This includes compiling the necessary documents and completing all the prescribed formalities for you in close cooperation with the customs authorities. The IT system “ATLAS” ensures that most customs clearance steps can be fully automated.

ANCLA is certified as an “Authorised Economic Operator” (AEO) by the main customs office in Giessen. This certificate attests to the holder’s high level of reliability in complying with quality standards and legal regulations relating to customs clearance, thus accelerating the cooperation between us and the customs authorities.
